PARK AIDE

PT Park Aide needed to greet/assist visitors, explain park regulations, and provide information on park use, safety requirements, and points of interest when necessary.  Patrols area to prevent vandalism and theft.  Monitors park facilities for cleanliness and safety issues reporting damages, accidents or problems to supervisor or police. Responsible for general appearance of park.  May be required to direct traffic at times, caution visitors against infractions of rules, and compile statistical reports of area activities.  Approximately 20 hours per week including nights and weekends.  $8.50 per hour; open until filled.  Applications are available at Town Hall, 200 Dover Street, M-F 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
